eGCA Registration @ Rs. 500/-
- eGCA account registration & activation. (Validation of documents not included)
- Uploading all requisite documents (only personal details).
- A functional & registered eGCA account will be handed to you for future use.
- Validity: Till the process of eGCA registration is complete.
eGCA Validation @ Rs. 2500/-
- eGCA documents validation (User needs to provide registered & activated eGCA account ID).
- Uploading all requisite documents & getting it validated (both personal & license details).
- Only minor shortfalls in uploading documents will be resolved (e.g. quality of document uploaded, additional documents requirements).
- All personal, license details & validated eGCA account will be handed to the user for future use.
- Validity :1 month or till the process of document validation is completed by DGCA (Whichever is later).
- This service does not include logbook upload*.

- eGCA account registration & validation. (If already registered kindly provide ID)
- Uploading all requisite documents & getting it validated (both personal & license details).
- Uploading logbook on eGCA through bulk upload option in applicable format (soft copy preferably in excel format to be provided by the user)*.
- All the shortfalls of eGCA (if any) will be resolved and monitored till the end of license issuance.
- All documents preparation & digitalisation for the initial issue of CPL:

- The soft copy will be provided to the user to take print outs on their own and sign the same.
- Signed copies along with original licenses to be submitted by the user to respective DGCA offices in person or through speed post.
- Will provide complete guidance & procedure for the documents required to be submitted physically for the initial issue of CPL.
- Will also provide complete guidance for shortfall rectification (if any), after submission of physical documents.
- DGCA license fees (via BHARATKOSH) are not included.
- Note: Minimum processing time of VICTORTANGO will be applicable which will vary on case to case basis.
- Validity: 2-3 months or till the process of issuance of CPL is complete. (whichever is later).

What all is covered in the AMC plan?
- IR PPC will be uploaded
- The medical assessment will be uploaded
- Any license renewed will be uploaded for revised validity
- FRTOL renewal online process will be completed
- The medical renewal online process will be completed along with uploading all the medical reports.
- Every month logbook will be uploaded
What will be NOT covered:
- Annual medical date application for both AFCME / Class I doctor.
- A physical medical checkup is the Pilots’ responsibility.
- For CPL/ATPL/IR/RTR renewal please opt for a specific package
